General Overview

Champion Window Tinting provides professional automotive window tinting, ceramic coating, and paint protection film services. These terms and policies protect both the customer and our business. By using our services, you agree to abide by the policies outlined below.

Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Appointments: All services are by appointment only. Proposals must be approved prior to service.

Deposits: Select services (ceramic coatings, PPF, large tint jobs) require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit applies to your final invoice.

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage (e.g., oxidized paint, worn trim, fragile parts). Any issues will be noted before service.
Remove all valuables from your vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Some parts (clips, emblems, aged trim) may break during disassembly or cleaning. This risk is the customer’s responsibility.

Window Tinting Policy

Film installation is performed using precision-cut patterns or custom installs.
We are not liable for citations due to illegal tint choices. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand local tint laws.
A 2–4 week curing period is normal. Bubbles or haziness may be visible during this time.
Warranties include manufacturer defects (peeling, bubbling, discoloration) but do not cover misuse, improper cleaning, or film damage.

Ceramic Coating Policy

Coating warranties must be registered within 30 days.
Coatings with warranties over 2 years require annual inspections to remain valid. Failure to do so reduces coverage to 1 year from the last service.
Customers are responsible for maintenance, including hand washing every 2 weeks.
Warranty excludes rock chips, scratches, UV clear coat failure, neglect, or automatic car washes.

Paint Protection Film (PPF) Policy

PPF installs involve wrapped or trimmed edges depending on vehicle design.
Minor lift on complex panels, seams, or edges may be present.
Do not wash the vehicle for 7 days post-install.
Warranty includes peeling, cracking, and yellowing. It excludes impacts, rock chips, and improper care.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Perfection Disclaimer: While we strive for the cleanest result possible, perfect dust-free installations are not always realistic. Slight contamination, lift, or stretching may occur and is not considered failure.

Legal Tint Limitations: Customers must research and adhere to their local tint regulations.

Liability Cap: Champion Window Tinting’s liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of our work, all sales are final once service begins.
Refunds will only be issued if there is verified product failure within warranty guidelines.
Contact us within 72 hours of service completion for any concerns.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If anything feels off, reach out within 72 hours so we can inspect and correct the issue. We value long-term trust and stand behind our work.

Policy Changes

Policies may be updated at any time without notice. Please check our website for the latest version.

Additional Legal Clauses

Privacy Policy: We will never sell or share your personal information. Data collected during inquiries, bookings, or services is only used to contact you, process warranties, and manage service operations.

Photography Release: Vehicles may be photographed before, during, or after service for marketing or quality assurance. By booking a service, you agree to non-identifiable images being used unless you request otherwise.

Jurisdiction Clause: Any legal claims must be filed in the state of North Carolina and governed under North Carolina state law.

Estimate Expiration: All estimates and quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted. Prices may adjust due to product cost changes or increased scope of work.

Scope of Work Limitation: Only the services listed on your invoice or proposal will be performed. Additional work will require written approval and may incur additional charges.
